Tech Tip:- The OEM speedo’s run 4-5% fast from factory, sixth gear light & other functionality is calibrated to that.
Speed correction can only be made up to Harley’s factory margin of error which is typically 3-5% of actual speed reading, Attempting correction beyond this, may result in the loss of the 6th gear indicator light, cruise control, or other Speedo Malfunction
